POLICY AGREEMENT

1. Payment
   The guest is hereby advised that it is the policy of Providence House to accept payment only by the following credit cards: VISA, DISCOVER, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. By signing the agreement you are authorizing your credit card to be charged for the entire cost of your stay. If you decide to shorten your stay, no refund will be made. Any property missing or damaged will be charged to your account and written notice will be mailed within five business days of your departure.

2. Extensions
   Extension of your stay is subject to availability and a new lease must be authorized by Providence House and signed by you.

3. Check-in
   Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. An additional day's charge will be made for violation of check-out time unless prior arrangements have been made with Providence House.

4. Eviction
   Management, staff, and security personnel reserve the right to evict guests WITHOUT WARNING due to excessive noise, parties, disturbing others, having more than registered number of persons in Providence House (not exceeding 6) at any time, or any other disruptive or illegal activities. If for any reason you are evicted, you will forfeit your room rent and deposits made upon check-in. Providence House strives to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all of our guests. For this reason, we enforce the strict "No Party Policy" outlined above. Management reserves the right of entry.

5. Rates
   Accomodations shall be charged at the current posted room rates according to season and duration of stay plus applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change. Below are introductory rates by length of stay:

   12 - 29	$89
   30+	$79

6. Smoking
   No smoking.

7. Pets
   No pets.
